Application Process

- Browse available positions filtered by your Parafolk's current skills
- Select a job and submit application (instant for entry-level, may require interview for higher ranks)
- If accepted, choose your work schedule (see below)
- Show up to work on scheduled days — or call in sick (with consequences!)

Daily Income = (Base Salary × Rank Multiplier) + Skill Bonus + Emotion Modifier
- Base Salary: Set per job position (ranges from $50/day to $2100/day)
- Rank Multiplier: Entry rank = 1.0x, each promotion adds ~0.2-0.3x
- Skill Bonus: +5-15% per relevant skill level above requirement
- Emotion Modifier: Happy/Inspired = +15%, Stressed/Sad = -20%
